Established in 2001, Colorful Smart Card is a professional manufacturer of smart cards. Our products include PVC cards, smart cards, metal cards, paper cards and scratch cards. These are mainly used by banks (for credit cards), post offices, supermarkets (for discount cards), businesses, VIP member cards systems, hotel lock cards systems, telecom pre-paid calling cards, parking systems, access control and TIM Attendance systems. We have developed our own brand called CLF.
We have two factories covering a total area of 4,000 square meters. They are equipped with seven fully automatic production lines and equipment from Heidelberg Speed Masters. We have six-color and four-color silk-printing machines, welding machines and a whole set of automatic product lines for scratch cards. Most of our equipment is from Germany, France and the UK. This allows us to have a monthly production capacity of 10 million pieces wherein 95% are exported to Europe, North America and South Asia.
In order to ensure quality, we have employed 60 QC staff with an average of four years' experience. Furthermore, our raw materials are sourced from the US, Netherlands and Taiwan.
Our 11 R&D engineers with an average of five years industry experience have work experience in Philips and BMW. They can design new products based on your requirements within seven days. They also allow us to offer OEM & ODM services.
With over 200 oversees clients such as BMW, American Express, McDonalds, Yemen Telecom, Argentina BUSS groups, we have tremendous export experience. We have branch offices in Hong Kong and the US and have agencies in Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Brazil and Nigeria.
